as the coronoavirus continues to spread, the situation evolves rapidly - with new challenges and changes on a daily basis. While implementing the far-reaching measures taken by Luxembourg's authorities, our priority is to maintain the safety and health of our customers and employees alike. At the same time, we want to comply with our social responsibility and provide you with the necessary food and other necessary goods, even in these challenging times.
To achieve this, NATURATA and BIOGROS are in daily contact with their suplliers to ensure delivery of goods and provide you with as complete an assortment as possible.
At this point, we would like to thank the staff members of all our group companies for their outstanding commitment. It is only through this commitment that we are able to serve you and your families accordingly.
At the same time, we kindly ask you for understanding and support - especially when it comes to the handling of your purchase in our NATURATA stores.
We are firmly convinced that we will be able to continue supplying you with excellent products in sufficient quantity. If one of the shelves happens to be empty, it will be filled up as soon as possible. However, please show your solidarity with others and buy only what you really need.
In our organic grocery stores, we have implemented various measures such as distance markers, increased hygiene rules and communication, e.g. on the distances to be observed - all this in the interests of you as our customers and of our employees and in order to protect both of you.
We are working tirelessly in order to serve you as best we can and will do our utmost to meet the upcoming challenges.
