NATURATA: current measures & up-to-date information

Dear customer,
We continue to serve you!
To ensure this, we kindly ask you to observe the following measures which will be implemented in all NATURATA stores as from today:
- Security guard for regulating access to the store, if necessary : in compliance with the decree implemented by the Ministry of Health, this measure helps maintain the new separation rules and ensure social distancing between customers.
- Purchasing aid for vulnerable persons: those who are infected, susceptible to infection or high-risk patients, are urged to stay at home. In accordance with their motto "Bonne action - Coronavirus", the Lëtzebuerger Guiden a Scouten offer assistance and will do your shopping. For further information, contact data of local sections and FAQ, please consult www.lgs.lu
FNEL Scouts have also promised to do your shoppings. To organise this, please call 27 400 496 or mail to ba@fnel.lu (7/7 from 9.00 – 17.00)
In addition, the government has set up an online shop for especially vulnerable people for buying basic products for daily needs. Those affected can find it at corona.letzshop.lu
- Drugstore products / household goods / cleaning and care products : our specialist retailer NATURATA Beauty & Culture in Munsbach is open to the public as usual.
- Restaurant / Café / Bistros :
in line with the currently valid regulation, NATURATA Bio Resto & Café in Munsbach and all other NATURATA Bistros will remain closed until new order.

Damit wir das sicherstellen können, bitten wir Sie, folgende
Maßnahmen, die wir ab sofort in allen NATURATA-Läden umsetzen, zu
beachten:
- Security-Kraft vor allen Läden, die ggf. den Zutritt zum Geschäft regelt: in
Übereinstimmung mit dem aktuellen Erlass des Gesundheitsministeriums
können wir so sicherstellen, dass die von den Behörden vorgegebenen
Abstände zwischen einzelnen Personen („social distancing“) gewährleistet
werden.
- Einkaufshilfe für gefährdete Personen: Infizierte oder besonders gefährdete Personen und Risikopatienten bleiben bitte strikt zuhause. Die Lëtzebuerger Guiden a Scouten
bieten im Rahmen von "Bonne Action - Coronavirus" ihre Hilfe für

Auch die FNEL Scouten erledigen gerne Ihre Einkäufe. Bitte melden Sie sich dazu unter der zentralen Tel.nr. 27 400 496 oder per Mail auf ba@fnel.lu (täglich von 09:00 - 17:00 Uhr).
Zudem hat die Regierung speziell für besonders gefährdete Menschen einen Online-Shop zum Einkauf von Basisprodukten des täglichen Bedarfs eingerichtet. Betroffene finden ihn unter corona.letzshop.lu.
- Drogistik / Haushaltswaren / Reinigung und Pflege: NATURATA Beauty & Culture in Munsbach öffnet wie gewohnt.
- Restaurant / Café / Bistro geschlossen: entsprechend
der aktuell gültigen Verordnung bleiben das NATURATA Bio Resto &
Café in Munsbach und sämtliche NATURATA Bio Bistros bis auf weiteres
geschlossen.
