For the start of the raclette season, the popular Eisleker Kéis range has been expanded with another variant, the BIOG Raclettekéis in slices. It is characterised by its velvety texture combined with a fine mild-spicy aroma. Ideal for cosy raclette evenings.
Like all Éisleker Kéis varieties, the Raclettekéis is handmade from the best silo-free Demeter milk from Schanck-Haff in the local BIOG cheese dairy where it has been matured for at least 7 weeks.
