The OIKOPOLIS Foundation is a charitable organisation for the promotion of a sustainable agricultural and nutritional culture - in the spirit of sustainability. The aim of the foundation is, on the one hand, to optimise biological and biodynamic methods in agriculture and on the other hand, to contribute to environmental protection and education on nature.

In doing so, science (research, consulting, and education) is promoted, new legal forms and forms of ownership in land use are aspired, and new approaches in economic life are sought with the overall aim of the common good.
